Family Care Health Centers in St. Louis is seeking a Medical Assistant to support team-based primary care within our FQHC model. You will work closely with providers, nurses, and other team members to ensure patients receive coordinated, proactive care in a busy clinic. Responsibilities include pre-visit planning, screenings, immunizations, POCT, EKGs, phlebotomy, and care coordination. Proficiency with the EHR and a patient-centered approach are essential to help close care gaps and improve #J-18808-Ljbffr Family Care Health Centers
