About the Role:

Join ComForCare Home Health Care as an In Home Caregiver in Clarksville, TN, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. This rewarding position allows you to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document client progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.

Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred.

Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Basic understanding of health and safety protocols in caregiving.
