Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for an on-site temp-to-hire opportunity in Sioux Falls, SD within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured clerical work, accurate data entry, routine operational tasks, and supporting daily business workflow.

The Data Entry Clerk will work in a professional operations environment with clear daily expectations, established procedures, and supervisor support. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, hands-on training, and the opportunity to build experience in administrative operations, document processing, mail distribution, and financial services support.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, log, batch, and distribute incoming work according to established procedures.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform routine clerical operations tasks that support workflow efficiency and daily production goals.
- Review the daily agenda, identify assigned tasks, and complete work accurately and independently after training.
- Escalate questions, concerns, or workflow issues to supervisors or more experienced team members.
- Maintain accuracy, reliability, and consistency while working in a computer-based operations environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $19.72 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Location: On-site in Sioux Falls, SD.
- Assignment duration: 6 months with possible extension depending on workload and candidate fit.
