• Guaranteed Base Salary + Competitive wRVU earnings = $360,000+ in proven earning potential
• $210,000 Recruitment Package built based on your needs
• Comprehensive benefits package including 8 weeks PTO, IPERS retirement plan (~9.5% hospital match), $6,500 CME allowance, and much more
