Supply Chain Contract Administrator

Detail-oriented and strategic, the full-time remote Supply Chain Contract Administrator will manage contract activities, oversee the contract lifecycle, and negotiate favorable terms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities Manage contract activities from initiation through completion, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, including supplier outreach and contract award recommendations Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and implement continuous improvement opportunities Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in procurement and contract management, preferably with warehouse operations or facility services contracts Strong understanding of contract terminology and contract management processes Proven experience negotiating pricing and contract renewals for favorable business outcomes Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors at all levels
