Fullstack Software Engineer

Seeking a passionate Fullstack Staff Software Engineer to join the Babylist Health team in a full-time remote role, where they will lead the development of user-friendly health features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor fellow engineers while leveraging AI to enhance product offerings. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product team to create new health features, including product education and user support automation Architect and lead execution of team projects to scale Babylist Health's technical systems Mentor team members through design planning, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions Strong programming skills in modern web stacks such as React + Rails, Python/Django, or Node/Express Experience in e-commerce or consumer applications is a plus Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Genuine excitement about leveraging AI in software development
