Job Title: CWP Immunizing Nurse - Vaccination Initiative Address: Ocean City, MD Job Description Administer vaccines such as flu, MMR, and COVID to patients in a retail healthcare setting. Provide compassionate patient care while engaging professionally with healthcare professionals and patients. Motivate and support support staff, fostering a team culture of caring and enthusiasm. Adapt to dynamic community healthcare environments and modify plans accordingly. Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols, including BLS certification. Contribute to achieving healthcare quality outcomes through effective teamwork and clinical skills. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to vaccination protocols. Critical Information Hours are Sunday through Saturday, 10 am to 6:30 pm. Onsite as needed. Remote options are not applicable; work is patient-facing and in-person. PPE will be provided. Candidate must be flexible with work hours. Work environment involves community healthcare outreach and vaccination initiatives. Education/Licenses Needed Full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the state or territory of practice. Minimum of one year related nursing experience including immunizations and providing quality patient care. BLS (Basic Life Saving) certification required. Verifyable High School Diploma or GED.
