Inventory Analyst

Overview Fibrebond by Eaton is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our team. This position is based onsite at our Minden, LA facility. The Inventory Analyst will manage inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, analyze variances, and support production through effective material tracking and control. Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and review inventory variances. Analyze discrepancies and support corrective actions. Maintain inventory records in EPICOR. Review and close jobs, including material usage and cost tracking. Monitor and improve inventory processes and accuracy. Identify and manage excess inventory. Support reporting and prioritize work based on production needs. Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned. Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Salary The expected annual salary range for this role is $69,000 to $101,000 per year. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Qualifications Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Three (3) years of experience working in supply chain, purchasing, inventory or materials management within a warehouse environment or similar. One (1) year of experience working with an ERP system. Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained. Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar from an accredited institution. Five (5) years of experience working in supply chain, purchasing, inventory or materials management in a warehouse environment. Previous experience using EPICOR ERP system. Previous work experience in a manufacturing inventory environment. Lean/CI certifications, experience, or training. Location Only candidates residing within a 60‑mile radius of the Minden, LA facility will be considered for this position. Active‑Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from this geographical limitation. No relocation benefit is offered.
