• Are you ready to diagnose and repair 24V–480V systems, including motors, drives, PLCs?
• Can you shift between preventive maintenance and break/fix mode seamlessly?
• Do you read electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic with confidence?
• Can you troubleshoot Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs?
• What about solving problems even when the schematic is missing?
• Are conveyors, motors, and automation equipment part of your comfort zone?
• Will you install, test, and upgrade components—and document it all clearly?
• Can you mentor junior techs and keep site leadership informed?

• 10+ years in industrial electrical or multi-craft maintenance
• Strong diagnostic skills across PLCs, drives, motors, and controls
• Independent, adaptable, and customer-focused at client sites
• Professional communicator with a service mindset
• Willing to travel 75%+ and work flexible schedules

Even better if you have:

• Master Electrician or Journeyman credentials (or equivalent experience)
• Instrumentation & controls background
• Advanced automation troubleshooting experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

The realities of the work

• Lift up to 50 lbs; move confidently in active industrial settings
• Work at heights, in tight spaces, and in variable conditions
• Stand, walk, climb, bend, and maneuver throughout job sites
• Use PPE and adhere to industrial safety standards

• 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems; Electrical Troubleshooting
• Mechanical Troubleshooting; Equipment Diagnostics & Repair
• Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment; Pneumatics
• Mechanical Systems & Component Repair
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
