Field Technical Service (Non-Engineering) provides technical expertise/support in assisting clients with installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs including: Serving as the key customer contact on technical and service related problems to achieve required product/service performance standards and total customer satisfaction. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical/service issues. Instructing clients on the proper usage and operation of equipment. Documenting and maintaining clients' service logs. Preparing reports for product failure analysis and serviceability issues and escalating to relevant engineering teams Work Environment: Typically on-site/field and does not handle queries remotely via phone/emails. A Support 2 requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include: Works under moderate supervision. Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.

This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
