Adult Education Teacher
Bland Correctional Center
Job Duties The Adult Education Teacher is responsible for providing quality instruction that meets the needs of the student in the areas of basic adult education and GED standards. Additionally, to meet the standards defined under the Commonwealths statutes and program certification requirements. This position provides individual and group instruction. Successful candidate will maintain classroom, equipment and inventories; ensure compliance with all DOC regulations; maintain accurate records and submit timely reports; and manage and supervise aide and students in a classroom setting.
