Our worldwide experience and multi-disciplined capabilities encompass all aspects of the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Field Inspection, GIS Integrity, Staffing Services and more.The Contracts Manager performs contract administration for all GIE contracts with subcontractors.Essential FunctionsPrepare and review GIE contracts with subcontractorsMaintain files of all subcontracts for designated projectsMaintain correspondence files for subcontractsProvide contract administration functions including maintaining records of scope changes, extra work requests, letters to/from contractor, etc.Provide project control with cost trends for contractsQualifications7+ years of experience in contracts administrationKnowledge of contractual language and terminologyFamiliarity with insurance coverage and state laws governing contractual agreementsExperience with FERC is highly desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with word processing and spread sheet softwareSupervisory experience is requiredEducationBachelor of Science degree in Business AdministrationCompetenciesResults orientedCustomer focusedImpact and influenceBusiness and people acumenWork Environment/Physical DemandsWorking conditions are normal for an office environment.Frequent sitting and operating a computer.Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or office materials.Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.Physical demands requirements are at levels of those for sedentary work.Gulf is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
