Greater San Diego, CA — Remote
A well-established national defense firm is expanding its management-side labor and employment practice and hiring a remote attorney based in the greater San Diego area. This is employer-side work defending companies across the full range of California employment matters, on a platform with real room to grow.

What we are looking for:
- Management-side employment litigation experience (wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination defense)
- Deposition and motion practice experience
- California bar in good standing
- Comfortable managing a caseload independently in a remote setting
