Family Medicine Physician opening in NE Iowa

Job Description

Health System is seeking a BC/BE Family Physician with a desire to practice medicine to the top of their licensure in a rural community in beautiful NE Iowa.
• 1.0 FTE Family Medicine opportunity with flexibility to consider a 0.8 FTE schedule
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine practice (no Obstetrics)
• Potential opportunity for a four-day work week
• Current call rotation approximately 1:5
• Call responsibilities include inpatient rounding
• APCs participate in call rotation
• Average patient volume of approximately 14-17 patients per day
• 24/7 specialty consultation support available
• On-site services include:
• Optometry
• Laboratory services
• Imaging services
• Collaborative, community-focused rural practice environment
