Primary Objective
As a vital member of the Nova Leap Home Health team, you'll provide quality, non-medical, in-home care to seniors. Embrace and support the Mission, Values, and Vision of Nova Leap.
Essential Functions
- Deliver personalized, non-medical care, enhancing clients' rights, dignity, and individuality.
- Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, and other personal care needs, respecting each client's care plan.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment, protecting clients' personal belongings.
- Report any changes in clients' conditions or any incidents of abuse or client rights violations to the supervisor.
- Document care provided accurately, following safety and infection control procedures.
- Participate in client activities and provide transportation to appointments as directed.
- Support team operations through various administrative tasks and projects.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in caregiving or related field required.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Team player with leadership potential.
