Patient Care Career for Licensed PTAs

Encompass Health seeks Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver hands-on rehabilitative care in an inpatient post-acute setting. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will implement treatment plans under PT direction, lead therapeutic exercises, mobility and gait training, and educate patients and families on recovery strategies. You will document progress in EMRs, support discharge planning, and uphold safety and infection-control standards.
