Inventory Control Specialist – 1st Shift

Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. | Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Looking for a steady 1st-shift inventory position with weekly pay and no rotating shifts?

Custom Filters Direct is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to help keep inventory accurate throughout our growing Bloomsburg manufacturing and warehouse operation.

In addition to earning $18.00–$19.00 per hour, employees are eligible for a $50 attendance bonus each week with no missed time — potentially an additional $2,600 per year!

If you have experience with inventory control, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, ERP/WMS systems, warehouse inventory, or manufacturing inventory, we want to hear from you.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system
• Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventory counts
• Compare physical inventory quantities with system records
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and incorrect transactions
• Enter inventory transfers, adjustments, movements, and completed production
• Verify item numbers, quantities, inventory locations, and inventory status
• Monitor finished-goods inventory and identify potential shortages
• Maintain inventory reports and supporting documentation
• Work with production, warehouse, shipping, and management to maintain inventory accuracy
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing use of an updated inventory management system
• Identify recurring inventory issues and help determine corrective actions

Required:

• Previous inventory control or similar inventory experience
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of inventory accuracy

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management software
• Manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience
• Experience with inventory transfers, adjustments, and transaction tracking
• Excel or spreadsheet experience

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Overtime may be required based on business needs, including occasional Sundays.

Interviews are being conducted now for an anticipated late-September 2026 start date.
