The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports team management activities such as hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and professional development. They assist with departmental productivity, budget adherence, resource management, and promote compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities Responsibilities include managing staff, participating in staffing and budget development, overseeing patient care, and ensuring proper documentation. The ANM also handles payroll, staff communication, staffing assignments, and performance reviews. Qualifications Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree, RN license, 2-5 years of experience, and supervisory experience preferred. A Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience are desirable.
