Drop Bury Team Lead

Location: Pinehurst

NC FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pay: $25–$30/hr

Job Summary
Leads drop bury operations including underground fiber placement, cable burial, restoration, and pathway preparation.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead drop bury activities

•⁠ ⁠Perform hand trenching and machine trenching

•⁠ ⁠Bury cable from home to curb/street

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper depth and routing

•⁠ ⁠Conduct fiber verification/testing

•⁠ ⁠Splicing of fiber as needed

•⁠ ⁠Guide assistant technician

•⁠ ⁠Maintain safety and quality standards

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Underground / OSP fiber experience

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of burial and trenching practices

•⁠ ⁠Fiber splicing experience preferred

•⁠ ⁠Valid driver’s license
