License/Certifications: Current RN License in Louisiana, BLS, preferred certification in clinical specialty
Experience: Previous OR nursing experience required; leadership skills preferred
Hourly Pay Rate: $61.10

What You'll Do
- Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process within scope and standards of practice
- Assess patients' needs and implement appropriate interventions
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Delegate tasks responsibly and guide licensed and ancillary team members
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Embrace continuous improvement and uphold professional accountability
- Document care activities thoroughly and accurately
What You Need
Required:
- Registered Nurse license in Louisiana
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience working in busy healthcare environments with confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and delegation skills
Preferred:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience working in operating room settings
