Regional Vice President

A national leader in commercial and industrial services is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee a large, distributed branch network. This executive will hold full P&L responsibility and lead strategic growth, operational excellence, and employee engagement across a multi-state region. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, financially savvy leader with strong operational discipline and the ability to inspire teams in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a member of the regional leadership team, defining strategic priorities for growth while ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
Champion a culture of safety and accountability across all levels of the organization.
Lead and develop a high-performance team, fostering collaboration and engagement aligned with company values.
Partner with executive leadership to establish goals, KPIs, budgets, and long-term plans.
Manage regional financial performance, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
Oversee the integration of acquisitions, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment.
Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to drive business expansion and strengthen customer relationships.
Standardize and continuously improve operational processes and service delivery.
Promote innovation to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
Partner with HR and leadership on workforce planning and talent development.

Qualifications

10+ years of senior leadership experience within industrial, mechanical, or technical services sectors.
Proven track record managing a P&L of $150M+ within a decentralized, branch-based environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Strong financial acumen and analytical ability to drive performance and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success leading operational transformation and fostering growth-oriented teams.
Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
