Job Title

The following requirements will be needed if selected for employment: $74.00 fingerprint fee, TB test, proof of MMR vaccine (measles, mumps, rubella), proof of DTP vaccine (whooping cough), proof of flu vaccine or declination form, physical examination, California child care providers training certificate.
