Position Summary The Mail Room Associate at World Headquarters in Iselin, NJ is responsible for sending, receiving, and distributing mail, as well as additional administrative duties to support the Iselin Office. This position reports to the Facilities Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for receiving, processing, and distributing World physical and electronic mail as needed Distribute World faxes via the agency management system Manage office machines in connection with IT and Facilities Department Cover reception area including phones and administrative duties when needed Perform all other general administrative related duties as assigned Qualifications Work experience with customer service responsibilities Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment Maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude Handle sensitive information with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with customers and internal departments Sense of urgency and problem-solving skills Compensation This position is located in New Jersey. The hourly pay for this position at the time of posting may range from $15-$17. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
