Key Responsibilities

Your Profile
- 2–3+ years of agency recruiting experience or consultative sales expertise.

- A track record in managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
- Adept at using ATS/CRM systems (we'll provide training on our platform).
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for developing a sustained, impactful presence in the healthcare industry.
