Associate Account Executive

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Associate Account Executive will manage the full-cycle sales process for small to medium-sized businesses, conducting prospecting, discovery calls, and product demonstrations while collaborating with experienced Account Executives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle SMB sales from prospecting to closing deals Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to potential clients Collaborate with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to generate leads and penetrate strategic accounts Required qualifications 2-3 years of proven success in B2B sales, with closing experience preferred Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience selling SaaS or HR technology solutions Strong motivation to build a long-term career in sales Resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining performance
