Regional Clinical DirectorThe Key Program, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Regional Clinical Director to work in their Central MA region, in Worcester, MA, that operates three (up to 9 beds) residential programs for youth and community-based services working with children/youth and families.Total Compensation:Salary: Generous starting salary range: $85,000 - $90,000. Commensurate with experience for salary negotiation.Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, on-call rotation stipend, extra shift rate, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases.Insurance:Generous company contribution with over 90% of medical and 70% for dental premiums.Blue Cross Blue Shield provider network with low deductibles and co-payments. Including comprehensive preventative, diagnostic, and prescription, wellness and vision reimbursement and, preventative and restorative dental services.Life Insurance (group term life equal to 1.5 times the employee's annual salary).Professional Development:Up to $4,000 per year for graduate school tuition assistance/CEU's and scholarship opportunities for clinical-related graduate school program.Training and practice in evidence-based and innovative treatment methods such as DBT, Risking Connection® trauma-informed care framework, Triple P, neurofeedback, and collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization.Self-Care:Paid time-off benefits include 3 weeks of vacation, 2 weeks sick time, 3 days personal, and 3 days bereavement plus 12 paid holidays.Employee recognition awards and celebrations.Free, confidential employee assistance program for employees and adult household members for support with mental and physical health, financial, family, legal, parenting and other concerns.Other:Reimbursement equivalent to IRS rate for work-related travel.Up to $50 reimbursement for AAA Roadside Assistance membership.403(b) Retirement savings account (tax-deferred).Tax-advantaged Dependent Care savings account.Generous employee referral bonus program.Qualifications:Master's degree in a clinical field required.Independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC or Licensed Psychologist) required.Minimum of three years of clinical services including individual, group and family therapy in both child and adolescent residential and home-based settings.Minimum of two years of supervisory/administrative experience.Knowledge and practice of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) and trauma-informed care, and commitment to learning and incorporating non-traditional clinical strategies such as Neurofeedback. Knowledge and application of behavioral and psychological disorders of the client population and methods of intervention in working with those who have experienced trauma, abuse, and/or neglect.Responsibilities:As a member of the regional management team, the RCD works in close partnership with the Director, the Assistant Director, and the Senior Administrative Supervisor/HR Representative. Together, this team provides regional leadership and oversight of operational, clinical, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and human resources functions. The RCD is part of the organizational Management Team and supports Key's mission by promoting strength-based, family-centered, and trauma-informed care practices, while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment for all staff. This position reports to the Director and receives additional supervision and guidance from the Director of Agency Clinical Services.Promotes Key's mission and values, and fosters a workplace culture grounded in diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity practices.Partners with the Director and the Assistant Director to support policy development, program improvement initiatives, quality assurance, and integration of trauma-informed, family-centered practices across services, and establishes and oversees regional clinical practices, standards, and outcomes in collaboration with agency-wide RCDs, the Director of Agency Clinical Services, and the Director.Demonstrates advanced proficiency in entering client information and case documentation into the agency's electronic medical record system and state-specific platforms, ensuring compliance with content and deadline requirements; trains clinical staff and develops systems to regularly monitor documentation.Leads clinical staff through structured supervision and coaching, driving compliance, professional development, documentation standards and performance excellence.Adheres to Key's policies around the protection of client information, confidentiality, HIPAA, and Professional Code of Ethics policies, and works to ensure staff compliance.Engages with state agencies, licensing bodies, and community partners, and oversees systems for consistent communication and regular meetings to ensure services align with client goals, while keeping appropriate personnel informed of significant developments, program census, waitlists, and other critical updates. Ensures regional adherence to all clinical-related licensing and accreditation standards.Supervises graduate-level intern field placements, ensures clinical staff have opportunities to provide intern supervision, and offers clinical supervision to MA-level clinicians pursuing licensure.Participates in and contributes to regional supervisory and planning meetings and participates in regional on-call schedule providing on-site resolution when necessary.The Key Program is a private, non-profit human services agency whose mission is to support children, families, and emerging adults through trauma-informed, culturally grounded services that strengthen resilience, foster belonging, deepen community connections, and build a foundation for lasting well-being.
