Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and create tailored therapy strategies to support their functional aspirations

• Engage with Diverse Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver thorough and synergetic care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapy strategies that promote continual development at home
• Evaluate Progress and Document Changes: Monitor clinical advancements and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring patients stay aligned with their goals

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Licensing and Certification

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
