We are seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our growing Volkswagen dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, accurate diagnostics, and maximizing productivity in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Accurately identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Complete warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate repair recommendations
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Stay current with Volkswagen technology, systems, and repair procedures

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Volkswagen experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to efficiently manage flat-rate work while maintaining quality
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• ASE certifications and Volkswagen certifications are a plus
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
