Avaya Service Technician - On-Site & After-Hours Upgrades

Insight Global is looking for a full-time Service Technician with strong Avaya product knowledge. The ideal candidate will perform various break-fix tickets and upgrades on-site at JFK airport, addressing customer needs and project duties. This role requires 4-8 years of experience with Avaya products, as well as strong cabling infrastructure knowledge, including fiber and ethernet installations.
