Position Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics and Sports Location: NovaCare Rehabilitation - Silver Spring, MD Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 Incentives: Up to $10,000 bonus and indefinite student loan assistance (no repayment required!) We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience. Our therapists treat an average of 10-12 patients per day, with 1:1 hour-long evaluations to ensure quality care. We focus on quality over quantity to improve outcomes. Specialties General Orthopedics Sports Medicine Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) Oncology (ReVital) ACL Program Fall Prevention Dry Needling Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/week Two evenings per week until 7:00 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior) Flexible scheduling options may be available for the right candidate Compensation & Perks Base Salary: Starting at $85,000+, based on experience Bonuses: Up to $10,000 and indefinite student loan assistance (no repayment required!)
