Accounts Payables Operations Coordinator II — Process & Payments

CarMax Business Services is looking for a Service Payables Coordinator II based in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payments for vehicle-related purchases while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include general ledger reconciliation, processing invoices, and supporting new onboarding processes. Minimum qualifications include 3+ years of business experience, accounting background, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
