Associate General Counsel

Adams Homes is seeking qualified candidates to join our legal team in Pensacola, Florida as an Associate General Counsel. The position will report directly to the company's General Counsel.

Founded in 1991, Adams Homes is currently serving homebuyers across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. Over 35 years ago, founder Wayne Adams drew from more than a decade of real estate and residential construction experience to formulate Adams Homes' core principles:

Basic Outline of Scope

• Land and lot acquisition efforts
• Commercial contract review
• Insurance‑related issues
• Litigation‑related issues
• Company‑generated documents
• HOA‑related issues
• Corporate governance issues
• Land use issues

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in practicing law (preferably: real estate, construction, land use, litigation, and/or business law).
• Ability to work with operational teams to accomplish the company's goals.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for self‑improvement.
• Admission into a state legal bar association.

Compensation:

Compensation will vary based on experience, but generally, this position will have a target compensation range of $70,000 - $140,000.
