Maintenance Supervisor

Greenbush Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor. Our Fleet maintenance supervisors play an important role in ensuring that our equipment runs properly. Responsible for the leadership and direction of the technicians and the health of the equipment. Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Makes timely decisions; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Reacts well under pressure. Delegates work assignments, sets expectations, monitors delegated activities, and provides recognition for results. Makes self-available to staff and provides regular performance feedback. Develops subordinates' skills, encourages growth, and fosters quality focus in others. Improves processes, products, and services. Requirements: Five (5) or more years of tractor/trailer/forklift mechanical experience. (Required) At least three (3) years of supervisory experience. At least one (1) year of mechanical knowledge is preferred.
