We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our Akron team as a Client Relations Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, and wants a role where they can build valuable professional and sales skills while earning based on performance.

You’ll work directly with customers on behalf of the brands we represent, helping create positive customer experiences, build relationships, and drive new customer acquisition.

Prior experience can be helpful, but it isn’t required. We’re focused on finding someone who is reliable, coachable, confident, and ready to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers through face-to-face interactions • Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services • Represent our clients and their brands professionally • Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive experience • Assist with new customer acquisition and account support • Work toward individual and team performance goals • Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Positive, professional attitude • Comfortable speaking with new people • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Reliable and able to work well with a team • Willingness to learn and apply feedback • Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
