Business Analyst Standard IIIWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who will play a key role in the implementation and support of a Credit Limits and Ratings Management platform built on a vendor-implemented COTS solution. The platform will integrate closely with the client prospective Treasury system Murex to receive information related counterparty hierarchy, portfolios, and trade data, and will distribute limits and ratings downstream to support pre-trade and post-trade compliance. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison among business stakeholders, vendor teams, and internal IT, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, validated, and delivered in an Agile environment with strong data and integration components.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Treasury, Market Risk, Counterparty Management, Credit Risk, and Compliance teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to:Credit limits and utilizationCounterparty ratings and methodologiesHierarchies, portfolios, and exposure aggregationTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and data mappings.Validate requirements against the COTS platform capabilities and identify configuration vs. customization needs.Support gap analysis between current-state and future-state processes.Work closely with the COTS vendor to:Clarify requirementsReview solution designsValidate configurations and delivered functionalityAct as a bridge between vendor teams and internal IT (architecture, development, QA, data, and integration teams).Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming sessions, sprint reviews, and UAT sessions with business users.Define requirements for data interfaces between:Treasury systems (counterparty hierarchy, trades, portfolios)Credit limits and ratings platformDownstream pre-trade and post-trade compliance systemsCollaborate with data and integration teams on data models, mappings, controls, and reconciliation rules.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of credit-related data flows.Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Write high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria.Support system testing, UAT, defect triage, and business sign-off.Ensure delivered solutions align with regulatory, audit, and risk governance expectations.Skills / Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in:Capital MarketsTreasuryCredit RiskMarket RiskCounterparty RiskStrong understanding of Capital Markets products and trade lifecycle, including:OTC and exchange-traded instrumentsCounterparty exposure conceptsPortfolio and position aggregationStrong understanding of:Credit limits, exposure management, and utilizationCounterparty ratings (internal and external)Trade lifecycle and portfolio structuresProven experience working with vendor-implemented COTS platforms.Hands-on experience in Agile delivery environments.Experience defining data interfaces and integrations across multiple systems including hands on experience with data analysis and data mapping.Ability to read and interpret data models, source-to-target mappings, and API/interface specifications.Strong SQL skills to support data validation and reconciliation.Key Competencies:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work effectively across business, vendor, and technology teamsDetail-oriented with a strong understanding of end-to-end processesComfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environmentEEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
