Become a part of our caring community Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 Provides advanced administrative, operational and customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. Works from home in a call center capacity and is responsible for the accurate and timely intake of prescription transfers. Responsibilities Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to obtain prescription transfers from pharmacies. Check and verify drug name, strength, dosage form, quantity, refills, and directions. Use your skills to make an impact. Qualifications 1 year minimum of Mail Order Pharmacy or Retail Pharmacy experience. Experience working with insurance plans and Medicare. Benefits Competitive pay ($44,900 - $60,200 per year). Paid virtual training. Computer and all other equipment needed for work purposes. Hours & Work Conditions Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30MST, 9:00-5:30MST.
