We're hiring a 2nd shift Machine Operator in Clermont, FL! **The zip code for this job location is 34711.**
ArangoHRS is seeking a Machine Operator in the Molding Department for a successful manufacturing facility in Clermont, FL. Experience is not required, training will be provided.

Shift Schedule & Pay Rate:
2nd: 3 PM – 11:30 PM | Monday - Friday - $15.75/hour
Requirements:
- Experience working in a warehouse or production environment
- Ability to follow safety requirements (training will be provided)
- Must have reliable transportation to ensure you come to work consistently and on time
- Need to work well with others
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift (a lunch break and 2 additional breaks are provided)
- Must pass a background check and drug test
General Responsibilities :
- Operate heavy machinery
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure product excellence
- Pack finished goods and assist with maintaining a smooth production flow
- Communicate effectively to enhance efficiency and address any issues promptly
