Pay
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, craftsmanship, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work.
What You'll Do

• Interior and exterior residential painting
• Surface preparation including patching, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming
• Brush, roll, and spray applications
• Fine finish trim and detailed finish work
• Cabinet painting and refinishing (preferred)
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Deliver a first-class customer experience while working in occupied luxury homes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of professional residential painting experience
• Strong knowledge of proper prep work and finishing techniques
• Ability to produce high-end finishes with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to work respectfully in occupied luxury homes
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check

Additional Skills That Stand Out
Higher pay is available for candidates with experience in:

• Wallpaper installation
• Cabinet refinishing and spray finishing
• Fine Paints of Europe or other premium coating systems
• Decorative and specialty finishes
• Light carpentry and trim repair
• Drywall repair and skim coating
