Make an impact working with students while utilizing your speech-language pathology expertise in a dynamic school environment. As a contract SLP, you'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to achieve their communication and academic goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans while tracking student progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy and intervention services to students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain up-to-date student records
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
• Contribute to annual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Participate in relevant staff development and continuing education opportunities
