Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PM Line Cook to join our team at Laurel. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, values teamwork, and takes pride in crafting exceptional dishes. You’ll work closely with our talented culinary team to deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and precision, adhering to Laurel’s high culinary standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during dinner hours.
Qualifications:
Availability from 6am-2pm!
Proven experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for food.
