Career Development: Gain valuable customer service, operations, and sales experience with a globally recognized brand What You'll Do: As a key member of the Hertz rideshare team, you'll: Guide customers through the rental process from reservation to vehicle delivery. Answer questions about the Hertz, Lyft, and Uber rental programs. Assist customers with billing, rental extensions, roadside assistance, and account inquiries. Deliver outstanding customer service and problem resolution. Promote program benefits and identify opportunities to maximize business growth. Prepare vehicles for customer pickup by inspecting, fueling, cleaning, and ensuring quality standards are met. Support branch operations to create a smooth, efficient rental experience. What We're Looking For: At least 20 years of age. Valid driver's license. Customer service or sales experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working with technology and computer systems. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Team-oriented attitude and positive energy. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
