We are seeking full-time Certified Nurse's Aides to join our Tidewater Cove/Assisted Living Facility (ALF) program in Suffolk, VA .

Responsibilities &Duties for Certified Nurse Aide:

Provide direct consumer care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and assistance with daily living activities.
Document progress, activities, tasks performed, and consumer responses.
Report any changes in consumer condition to the RN and Program Supervisor.
Serve as a role model, provide guidance, and assist with medication management under the supervision of the RN or LPN.
Comply with agency policies and procedures and adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Transport consumers as needed

Qualifications and Skills for Certified Nursing Assistant:

Licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant
1 year of nursing experience preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record
Long-term care experience preferred
Proficient in using electronic medical records
Basic knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations preferred
