This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care in a thriving coastal community known for its quality of life and medical innovation. New graduates and experienced Gastroenterologists are encouraged to apply! Position Overview Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, etc.) Diagnose and manage a broad range of gastrointestinal and liver diseases Evaluate and treat conditions such as GERD, IBD, IBS, hepatitis, pancreatitis, and colorectal disorders Collaborate with colorectal surgery, oncology, primary care, and hospitalist teams Participate in shared call coverage Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR Opportunities to engage in quality improvement initiatives and program development Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Eligible for South Carolina State medical licensure Active or eligible DEA registration Strong procedural and clinical skills Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care Compensation & Benefits Compensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
