The Barista will report to the Director of Food and Beverage and is responsible for providing exceptional coffee and tea service, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of barista experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. This role requires teamwork and a commitment to the company's principles of People, Place, and Character.
