Lincare - - Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls to answer questions and resolve problems; Assess customer needs for additional products/services and compliance with physician orders; Educate customers about products/services and provide patient education; Document calls in computerized record keeping system and enter customer orders; Verify and update demographic information in computerized records; read and analyze documents such as patient orders; comprehend pharmacy terminology; Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients; assist with training of employees; Calculate figures and amounts related to frequency and doses dispensed; follow oral and written instructions
