Strategic VP of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance

Wilton Re Ltd. in Norwalk, CT seeks a seasoned VP of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance to lead the IT control environment. This role centralizes governance, regulatory readiness, audit management, and policy governance under one senior leader, ensuring controls are defined, tested, evidenced, and remediated in alignment with NIST, NYDFS, ICFR, and industry standards. The successful candidate will partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Internal Audit, report to executive leadership and #J-18808-Ljbffr Wilton Re
