Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre‑K through 12th grade residential school, is seeking a Youth Development Specialist in the Education, Training & E‑Learning department. This role supports students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small‑group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. The Specialist helps design and deliver development programs, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources.
