Location: 100% Remote – Florida Candidates Only
Type: Temp-to-Perm | Full-Time
Interviews Begin: October 26, 2026
Training Begins: December 7, 2026
Training: 2 weeks | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking high-energy Sales & Customer Service Specialists for a fast-paced, high-volume inbound call center environment. This is a sales-focused customer service position where customers have already booked their cruise and your role is to upsell additional products and services and close the sale .

What We’re Looking For

Entry-level candidates welcome with the right energy, personality, and sales mindset
Experience in sales, upselling, customer service, or technical support preferred
Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
Confident, enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable asking for the sale
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
Comfortable working in a high-volume, goal-driven environment
2+ years of upselling/sales experience preferred
Experience with Apple, DirecTV, Verizon, T-Mobile/Sprint, Chewy, Disney, Universal, travel, or hospitality is a plus

Training & Remote Requirements

100% attendance is required during training
Virtual training is conducted on camera , and professional attire is required
Must have a reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, headset, mouse, and at least one monitor (second monitor preferred)
Must have a quiet, professional home workspace

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity . High-performing employees may be considered for permanent employment after approximately 3–4 months , based on performance, attendance, reliability, and overall fit.
