As our company continues to grow, we are looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Event Show Demonstrators / Brand Ambassadors in the Harrisburg, PA market and surrounding areas. Compensation $15.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses Competitive hourly base pay Commission opportunities for qualified appointments Performance-based bonuses Flexible part-time schedule Paid training Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Responsibilities Represent Blue Mountain Bathrooms at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events Engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner Educate potential customers about our bath remodeling products and services Generate high-quality leads and schedule in-home consultations Create excitement and attract visitors to the booth Maintain a clean, organized, and professional display area Accurately collect customer information and appointment details Collaborate with the Event Coordinator and sales team to achieve goals Uphold the company's reputation and brand standards at all times Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and outgoing personality Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers Customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or promotional experience preferred Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods during events Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Reliable transportation to travel to local events and shows Weekend availability required What Makes You Successful in This Role?
