Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Digital Desk Operations in Carmel IN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location you will welcome visitors manage access monitor entry activity and provide outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a professional secure environment through clear communication attention to detail and timely reporting of security-related concerns. What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees visitors and vendors at a financial services location by following site-specific procedures and access-control requirements.
- Staff the front desk greet and direct visitors verify credentials issue visitor passes and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
- Monitor lobby activity entry points alarms cameras and other security-related systems; report unusual activity in accordance with established procedures.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
- Support a professional front-desk environment by answering phones providing basic directions and communicating security-related information to authorized staff and visitors.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
